I offer molecular biology and genetics consulting for DNA-driven projects, with expertise in DNA collection and extraction, real-time PCR assay development and analysis and DNA sequencing. With over three decades of experience in plant science, human identification, and clinical diagnostics, I help clients define their projects, validate methods, troubleshoot challenges and achieve high-quality outcomes.
CANNABIS DNA PANELS
Ganja Genomics offers banked cannabis genomic DNA samples in panels for collaborative research projects or for sale. Each DNA panel contains extracted genomic DNA up to 100–150 distinct cannabis cannabis strains (cultivars) along with associated plant phenotype metadata, including traits such as yield, THC range, terpene profiles and documented parentage. Our service streamlines your research projects by 6–12 months by providing ready-to-use, high-purity DNA samples from a wide variety of cannabis strains. Each sample is carefully extracted, confirmed, and normalized to 10 ng/µL in our DNA bank, allowing you to focus on analysis, research and discovery rather than sample preparation.
APPLICATIONS
Ganja Genomics will provide novel, actionable DNA data, services and products to cannabis growers, breeders and scientists. This will bring the precision and power of DNA testing/technology to cannabis analytics. We offer a mix of commercially available and internally developed assays.
